Taikisha Ltd. (“Taikisha”), a leading Japanese engineering company with a focus on HVAC systems has acquired controlling shareholding in leading Indian cleanroom engineering company Nicomac Clean Rooms Far East LLP (“Nicomac”).

Taikisha is a Japanese multinational corporation headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, that designs, fabricates, installs, and commissions large-scale heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for large infrastructures and industrial process equipment.

This investment will solidify Taikisha’s position in the global clean room market and would have added synergies by combining Nicomac’s panel manufacturing and installation technologies with air conditioning system technologies of Taikisha, mainly in the pharmaceutical/vaccines manufacturing environment, which requires high performance air conditioning systems.
